If Spyderco is serious about not disassembling their knives I don't understand why the do not use a proprietary screw.

A lot of us think of the Para 2 as a perfect knife. And at the same a lot of us love titanium. Put 'em both together and you have an even cooler more exclusive knife. It will be heavier and more expensive but it will only effect you if you buy one. They will still make the G10 version. So if it gets ...

I live about 20 min from the SFO, maybe I'll take advantage of the pro's when it needs sharpening.

I just picked up a Lum Tanto Sprint and it's Awesome. I have a question on what is the best way to sharpen the convex part. I do have a sharpmaker if that helps but thats about it on my sharpening tools.

I just scored my first military. It's an old one, ATS-34 and it's fully serrated. I can't tell you how much I love it. I got it used and its all scratched up, but it's BADASS! It kicked my Para 2 out of my pocket.

Dark green G10 like the Stag Arms manix would be cool. I think I saw a Blackend stainless steel handled blade in the 2012 catalog (can't remember the model). So maybe a polished dark green g10 with Blackend SS bolsters, and all black hardwear. :)

I love my Centofante 3, but I'm happy it's not etched on the blade. I prefer a cleaner look.

Looks like we have plenty of steels to choose from I think. And who knows what we will get in future sprints.

154cm is cool. Maybe cpm 154cm? I don't think we've seen anything in that steel. But I like the idea of a low price point. Honestly almost any steel from aus 8 and to the best powdered steels is ok in my book as long as is holds a decent edge. I don't mind sharpening my knives :)
