Re: BBS DLC Paramilitary 2 Exclusive?
Can people stop crying about the action of a knife? As long as it can open with a slow roll of the thumb, then there is technically nothing wrong with it and I doubt Spyderco would do anything for you...because that's what the knife is designed to do. It's not just for repeatedly flicking around an...

Re: BBS DLC Paramilitary 2 Exclusive?
Just got mine. It's a beautiful knife! Perfectly centered blade, beautiful fit and finish. One problem though... Pivot is too tight! Not a big deal, I need to swap the pocket clip to tip up, then I'll tune the pivot and all will be well! Can't wait to start using it! Update : swapped the clip to ti...

Re: BBS DLC Paramilitary 2 Exclusive?
Just got mine today. The fit and finish is horrible. I had to use force to actually open the blade of the first time. Now it's so tight that I literally cannot flick it open even with wrist action.
Pretty aggravating. Time to find my torx driver...

Re: Cannot loosen pivot screw
Yeah this is crazy. T10 wiha triver, as hard as i can down into the screw and to the left. I've never run into these problems with the delicas and enduras I've had the last 9 years. I've only gotten into golden knives the last two years and I understand the threadlocker is different. But still. I am...

Cannot loosen pivot screw
Running the risk of sounding like an idiot, I'm having a problem. I have already stripped out the pivot screw a pm2 and I'm about to strip one out on my manix 2. The PM2 in question was purchased on Amazon in January. Manix 2 purchased from Knife Center last week. Is it possible that these are just ...

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
Finally got my manix 2 and s35vn para 3 in the mail. Can't wait to check them out after work. The para 3 is so smooth the blade falls shut and jumps back out. Yeah. Is it just my PM2 or is the PM3 noticeably smoother? I almost cant flick open my pm2 without some serious wrist action. Just picked up...

Who to see for kydex sheaths for folders? (Specifically neck)
Hello all. Looking for places/people who make sheaths for Delicas and/or Enduras, maybe even Byrds. I'd like to find one for neck carry. Just easier than keeping a folder in my pocket for me. I did a forum search before bothering to start a new thread but all the information seemed to be at least a ...

Hypothetically if you wear it out before the other way around (unlikely :D ), this should set you up nicely: http://spyderco.com/catalog/details.php?product=290 I would personally just wait till you see them talk of discontinuing your favorite color and buy a spare. At $50-60 if it helps you sleep ...

Which parts to replace on a used Endura 4 FFG?
Hello all, My EDC since it was released has been a brown Endura4 FFG. I think I like it too much, and I probably open and close the thing maybe 40-80 times every single day. IF I was going to wear the mechanism out, what parts are going to break first? It's starting to feel not QUITE as smooth as it...

Well I bought her an Ashworth Turtle in pink about 6 months ago. Then last week I saw her using it to open a box. I asked how often she used it, to which she responded fairly regularly. I asked her if she would like a bigger blade to carry, and she said sure. Yippe! So now I'm going to try to find a...

Anyone have any info on the pink Delicas/Enduras?
I've been trying to get my Fiance to carry a blade forever. Today she finally gave in. I saw on bladeforums.com a pink Delica, but have been unable to find one. We these a limited run at some point recently? Are any still floating around somewhere? Been looking all day to no avail. I might have to g...

I was in 8th grade Algebra class. An administrator kept going around class to class asking the teachers to come down to the main office. They actually left the whole school unattended which was a big no-no for public schools. Anyway after about 10 minutes our teacher came back and she sat down and s...
