Re: 2023 Forum Calendar Contest!
Thanks for the fun for another year! Lots of great pictures. I am entering this picture of my Spyderco Snap-It on the Avalon Fishing Pier in the Outer Banks NC! I have used this knife extensively boating and fishing over the years. It is a bit of an obscure design but like the rest of the Spyderco f...

Re: Vasilli - apology
Don’t post much- signed up years ago to be part of calendar contest. Read all the time, though. I think Spyderco took the best and most honorable swing available to them, as they have a documented history of doing. Got to feel at times they can’t win. I know what is in my pocket.

Re: 2021 Spyderco Forum Calendar Contest!
My favorite thread of the year- Thanks for the fun Spyderco. This year has been memorable for a lot of the wrong reasons. It is important to look forward with hope. To me, the best knife Spyderco ever produced was the original paramilitary. When I was thinking about the contest I realized I have a n...

https://i.imgur.com/Oj0utRn.jpg On November 6th 2018 I was out walking my dog with my trusty “beater” knife, the snap-it pictured here. I originally lucked into this knife as a fishing and kayaking blade. The H1 spyderedge soon proved itself so useful that I ended up carrying and using it way more ...

Combine that with a sunrise over the Atlantic under the Avalon Fishing Peer and I crafted my entry... Thanks for the contest again spyderco! Was a fun project. I submitted a hi-res vers...

Re: 2018 Forum Calendar Contest!
This year I decided to make my ladybug truly fly! Attaching the knife to a quadcopter I took this picture at 300 feet. I have had this trusty little big knife for years. I didn't edit out the wire because I dig the questions they raise. Thanks for the chance Spyderco. Tons of great submissions this ...

I'm going to go against the grain and say bd-1. It is an amazing knife and will allow you to home your sharpening skills. I can get mine scary sharp with very little effort and find that edge last just fine for normal use. I even used mine to remove a house worth's of carpet. It needed attention but...
