well It is a factory second, and this problem might be why, so I'm not sure if spyderco is able/inclined to work on it.
The smooth side is in as far as I can tell that it's able.

I was trying to put a different wire clip on my Manix LW and when I tried to unscrew I guess the bolt is spinning with the screw, its turning but not loosening. Any tips on getting this clip off?

you should be able to switch the 2 if you switch all components together. like you said the scales should be the same and each set should fit into a different handle

I'd like to thank JD Spydo, for helping to keep the hawkbill dreams alive! I have always been a huge fan of hawkbills and serrated blades.
