Re: Wiha Torx Screwdrivers

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000E7ZLHQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 For about $10, this is a really good torx set. Bondhus is a quality tool & while you can't apply the same torque with these as you can with a screwdriver or L wrench, that's actually a good thing. You c...

Delica

Just got my first Delica & I was wondering about the bronze bushings (or washers). I can't see them like I can on my Tenacious.

The Tenacious opens smoother. Just wondering if my Delica is missing the bronze bushings since I can't see them like on the Tenacious. Is this normal?

I ended up ordering the black FFG Delica. My first lock-back.

Thanks again!

No reason in particular. Just haven't heard much about it.

I wonder if it's selling well.

Thanks.

Can lockbacks be easily closed with one hand?

Thinking of getting a Dragonfly, but I've preferred liner locks in the past. One reason is because I can easily close them with one hand and that's convenient at times.

Also, I'm a little leery of 440C. How does it compare to 8Cr13MoV? Why did they go with 440C? Could anybody give me a brief rundown of the basic difference? Maybe they're virtually the same for all I know, but I've had good luck with 8Cr13MoV. I'm debating whether to purchase this knife as my EDC an...

Black Tenacious

I'm considering getting this model & I'm curious what kind of coating they use on the "Black".

Considering it's the value line, I wouldn't expect an expensive material. Anyone know?

It also may pay to keep in mind that catalog illustrations are not always perfect representations of production knives nor are catalog descriptions. Although the pictures seem to show bronze washers only on the two Tenacious models, the text suggests they all use PB washers, so there's at least a c...

No problem. Another thing I noticed is the Ambitious, Persistence, & Resilience us a bigger bushing. The Tenacious bushing is smaller (on both models).

Interesting.
