Guess I'm just odd (many would agree), but I kind of like the look of it.
Count me in.

Even though Friday is the short day, I enjoy it. After the initial long line, the pace is a bit more relaxed and its less crowded. Nice for meeting, greeting and chatting. If you had to pick only one day, I agree with Deacon that Saturday would be it. Unless you're trying to find something scarce, t...

Oh was there a matriarch with a straight edge? There was. As Deacon pointed out there was even a PE Civilian. In general for this design, I think the SE are more popular, though I like my PE Matriarch. I'm having a little trouble getting excited about the L'il Matriarch. Seems sort of like a soluti...

If anything formating annoys me more so than grammar/spelling, things like wall of text, intentional weird color/font/size etc. Oh yes. Some folks have very strange ideas about what looks good. Lots of different fonts, unreadable and/or annoying colors (red on black being one of my least favorite)....

remidy remedy :D I think that is a big part of the problem. Auto-correct type software will only get you so far. Yep. None of the tools are will catch everything. They can help, but are no substitute for proof reading what you have written. I use ieSpell (which will spell check anything written in ...

I'm sure the coating is for light discipline, not corrosion prevention. This is H-1 we're talking about here. That makes perfect sense. I was thinking the Coast Guard wouldn't be concerned with that, but the larger market might very well. From what was said the yellow uncoated H1 was the prototype,...

If I followed this correctly there will be two versions. One an uncoated H-1 blade with yellow handles. Second (and the one that got the award) a coated H-1 with black handles. Both autos and restricted. Coated H-1 almost seems like overkill, but makes it pretty darn guaranteed there won't be any ru...

I'd about given up on the Dodo, but got one on Friday at Blade. The amazing (to me) part is where I found it. I was at the Spyderco booth and jokingly asked the lady I was talking too if anyone had gotten a Dodo. She hands me a prototype knife to look at while she goes away for a few minutes. Then c...

The CC# in general does not add value, and as you have seen in the other comments may actually lessen the value. Obviously it has no effect on a user, but will be more a factor for a collector...and collectors are funny folks and can be very picky about certain things. At one time I avoided them (ju...

The husky one from Home Depot is what I currently use also and I have been happy with it. Does anyone have the Husky/Kobalt multi bit torx driver and a high end driver such as a Wiha that could provide some insight on which one they prefer and why? If a higher end driver like the Wiha is worth the ...
