Fake lefty military ?

I was just wondering if anyone has heard of or seen a fake left handed military. I just one off of eBay since they're discontinued and that was the only place I could find one. Nothing seems off to me, but after reading some post on how good the fakes are I was a little concerned. I wouldn't think t...

The detent ball needs to wear in a little... The noise is likely the sound of it hitting the high spots on the blade finish... You might have got one that was finished on a fresh belt, resulting in "sharper peaks" in the grind lines, and a noisier break in period... Just guessing, though....

Para 2 Question

Hey guys. I recently got a new Para Military 2, and had a question about it.I notice a dragging type of noise when opening the blade. If I hold in the lock when opening it, the noise is gone, which I'm guessing means that the noise I'm hearing is the detent ball riding on the blade. I just wanted to...

Yeah, it's just for general use. I've gotten into smaller sized knives lately, and wanted something besides my Benchmade Sequel. I was also looking at the carbon fiber Caly 3.

Need help deciding

Hey guys, I'm torn between getting a carbon fiber Chaparral and a Delica super blue. Which would you guys go with?

Endura 4 FFg with black FRN handle. I own fancier, more expensive knives, but this one keeps finding it's way back into my pocket. It almost makes me feel that I should stop buying new knives.

When you need a longer blade, but don't fret, Spydercos still gotcha covered with the Endura. Between these two, you're all set folder wise. I've bought, sold and traded many higher end models from Spyderco o and other company's, but my Endura still finds its way in my pocket on a regular basis.

Removing Caly 3.5 pocket clip marks

Hi guys. I realize that this is pretty petty of me, but I can't help it, it bothers me. I received a Caly 3.5 in a trade recently, and there are a few things that I'm trying to fix on it. Mainly polishing a bad homebrew stonewash, but that's a whole different thread. Anyway, I'm a lefty, so naturall...

Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking the stretch. I'm more praising the fact that I can get a knife as nice as the para2 and native 5 for around 100.00. Even with the VG 10 stretch vs para 2 comparison, there is only about a 20.00 difference, and to me the overall feel of the two knives is quite sub...

Low priced g-10 models making it hard to buy FRN models.

With the super reasonable pricing of models such as the para 2 and native 5, that come with g-10 scales, it's becoming hard for me to buy FRN models. I found a blue FRN Stretch ZDP- 189 on the secondary market for just over 100.00. I had one of these and traded it, but have missed it every since. I ...

I guess I'm in the minority here. I trash the boxes. They're a waste of space to me. All of my knives get carried and used to some extent, so I'm not what I would call a collector. If I ever bought a knife that I knew was going to be a safe queen, then I'd keep the box.

Not a chance DBSS. Lol. I may not carry it regularly, but it is a sweet knife.

I haven't tried a FFA delica yet MIL, although that orange on is calling me. Check out the ZDP version of you get a chance.

Lol, good point. I do enjoy playing with some of the other models more, but when it comes down to what I actually use a knife for, the delica does the job just as good as the other models, and does it in a much more pocketable package. The Manix is actually next on my list

I've come to a realization.

The Spyderco delica is the absolute perfect knife for me. No matter what I buy, I always come back to the delica. In the last month I've bought a para 2, a lefty military, and a GEC slip joint. All of these are fantastic knives. They are nicer looking than the delica, and made of better materials th...

Lol, that makes two of us. I guess I mainly interested in how you guys like them. I've never owned any SS models, so I'm a little unsure how I'll like it.
