JD my spyderwrench did come with a sheath. Actually a really nice sheath made out of like a cordura (not sure). Has a nice embroidered bug on it with a good snap, very nice. I dont think I could even attempt to carry it very much with the pocket clip. Ive lost many a leatherman that was properly sec...

I am almost never without a multi tool on me. And in fact the spydie wrench is what introduced me to Spyderco. Then I got a glimpse of what a real blade could be and well of "few" pocket knives later... Also I got afraid of losing my spyderwrench and put it in storage. Now I have it out an...

Yes. I am so excited to see this. I have been patiently awaiting the BD-1 set but to hear the mbs knives will be here first is excellent. I hope everything works out and more of these will come our way. I must admit I get a little green when some get to post their entire collections of the spydie ki...

My favorite clip is the low ride type wire clip. That being said it is also the only one I have had real trouble with. I cant remember if it was my caly 3 or UKPK but it was bent in a horrible way and i was very distraught and ready to send it in. MAybe I was being a little over dramatic because it ...

My brother and I were insulating his garage with some blue poly-board, and cutting it with our knives, and we both noticed how it was making the blades quite warm on long cuts... Yes and if you use the blue kind that has reflective metal film on it it makes my knife dull a lot faster than I would h...

I carry mine often in my front left pocket (my weak side). I wasn't to sure about this knife when I bought it but did want to see what all the hype was about. And while I find its use for what everyone says, i.e. cutting rope or in the garden etc. It claimed a fairly permanent spot in a busy pocket ...

I am incredibly excited for these knives at the suggested price point. A question i still haven't found to be answered is did we ever find out what the handles will be made out of? Is the idea of them being removable/replaceable still being tossed around? At the price it almost seems like it would j...

I absolutely love the Caly 3. And am extremely fond of my SB Caly 3.5, but I would chime in that if you do not yet have anything from the stretch series go for it. The Stretch is just such an incredibly comfortable knife. While my stretch is the ZDP, having used other VG-10 blades in humid summers i...

Roger

Nice knife. I belive the CM stands for Crucible Metels and CPM is Crucible PARTICLE Metels. Something about a vaccum and keeping out impurites making the atomized particles do what they are supposed to do better.

I have also used my Bill Moran for some meat prep. Really good slicer. It was quite remarkable to me at the time. I forgot, I used it because it was the first really sharp knife I owned and wanted to see what it would do. Thats what made me first long for Spyderco kitchen knives :)

I always use my ZDP stretch for kitchen chores when Im not at home. it slices as good as any of my utility kitchen knives in the block at home. With that being said I do prefer a kitchen knife for the kitchen. Cant wait for spyderco to re-release some :) I got a Spyderco 4" Utility (Sermolian) ...
