If you read the entire article, all it says is that the bill passed in the Assembly. That's a victory, of sorts, but it would still need to pass in the State Senate and be signed by one of country's the most anti "weapons" governors before it became law. Even then, when using the blade at the lanyard end you're either going to need to grip the knife so the lanyard trails back in your hand, or else it will be flopping around and potentially interfering with your cutting.

Wouldn't a lanyard be problematic on a knife with blades at both ends? Seems like it would have to interfere with one or the other.

Just a guess but does it have to do with liners or not?

I know steel against steel would create a non-smooth action when opening and closing a knife.


The UKPK's, the FRN Delica/Endura's don't have liners?

If they don't then I would imagine they wouldn't need liners because it's FRN against ...
