If you like a big and beefy knife, look out for a Chinook I in 440V. I won one for $135 a couple of weeks ago on ebay.

It is too late! I am already plotting to bribe somebody into selling me an M4 military when they come out! :) I think those knives are going to be scary a couple of months after they come out on the secondary market!

To me the GB is one of those knives that are 100% more impressive in the hand than in pictures. You don't get a sense of the heft this knive has from the pictures. The blade is pretty massive as well as liners and lock.

Greetings from the Ozarks

Hey fellas, just wanted to introduce myself and say how much I enjoy this forum and Spyderco knives.

I will probably be reading along and asking questions more than I'll be chiming in to act like I know something! The Spyderco knowledge here is pretty amazing.

Here is my current Spyderco ...
