Bag or not to bag

I have been EDC'ing for years and never really had a bag of stuff or anything like that I usually leave things around where I might need them in the house or car. But not in any type of bags I am not a fan of carrying a bag or anything for that matter unless its in my pocket or clipped on my pocket....

I was looking for a sharpener that was less components than the sharpmaker that would still sharpen well. I know it will not be as good as the sharpmaker

Well I found one to buy for $140 not a bad price I think. I have been wanting one for a while and I figured I had some time until I saw this thread I wanted a warrior too but that one is not discontinued yet.

If you bought a new car and the front end was out of alignment, would you send it back to the manufacturer or take it back to the dealer? Who would pay for the gas in either case? That is a great point. I work at a bicycle shop and when someone has a problem with a bike or a part they bring it back...

Yes I agree with you on that Scottie3000. A good rule is never cheap out on any part of you body that touches the bike. seat, shoes, gloves/bar tape and grips.

Bought the bike. Rode it 28 miles Monday and 23 today. As was stated, the stiff frame brings you every nuance of the road surface. However, I feel fine and have a lot of energy left at the end of the ride, plus IMO it's gorgeous. Here's a better picture: http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc3/...

I don't know a whole lot about Road Bikes, but I know a little something about frame designs and material used in frames ;) . As far as aluminum frames cracking, it depends on few things. High stress areas and material used. The high stress area are going to be at the head tube/steering tube or whe...

Reportedly colored scales can only be dyed black - any other dye color tends to turn out brown. White scales can be dyed any color. Colored scales can be dyed a nice black, just mix the dye in hot (not boiling) water, soak the knife for 10-20 minutes, then rinse. Nothing to it. :) Where and what ki...
