We had a chance to go harvest a lot of late season corn last weekend, so my Yojimbo 2 (being far far sharping than any of my friend's kitchen knives) got used to break down about 60 ears of corn to prep it for freezing. Very messy work but it cut like crazy.

I think that a Hawkbill Manbug would be very useful. The Manbug has completely bumped my Ladybugs out of my daily user rotation.

I would be very interested in one myself. I have been carrying my Hawkbill Ladybug for about two weeks now, and have used it extensively during the recent move from out old office buildings into a temporary location. I could not tell you how much tape, zip ties and plastic bags it has cut and it is ...

Very interesting. If you don't mind me asking -- Is there anything different / special about the pilot knives? Different colors, or unit markings, or ???

Thanks,
Danny

VERY cool! Thanks for the pic!

The PE Matriarch and clear Manix seem like must-haves. The Balance could be very nifty also.

+1 . I put one on my house key ring and use it to open my mail and packages. Having it on a keyring makes it much easier to handle.

I would love one. Make it in H1 / yellow FRN and call it the Tas-Mini. ;)

A VG-10 version with some sort of bright blue FRN would be very cool also.

Outstanding! I am going to have to get one now. I had read somewhere that (one of the SHOT show reviews) that it was going to be a liner lock and wasn't thrilled about that. Thanks for the info.

Any word on the design of the liner lock on the FRN Stretch?

I am very glad to read about the FRN Stretch and am curious about how protected the liner lock will be. Has there been any discussion yet if it will be exposed with a cut out like on the Tenacious or Military or if it will be more shielded by the scales?

Thanks,
Danny

I love my orange PE Ladybug! It has been part of my EDC non-stop since I first got it. I am very eagerly awaiting the new variants for next year. That looks familiar. :D Glad that you are enjoying it!

I keep waffling between replacing it with a T.K. reground ZDP Endura or Atlantic Salt (wharncliffed, or course). I prefer the handle shape of the Rescue / Salt, but that thin flat ZDP is a wonderful thing.
