Hey boys it's been awhile, just had to put my two cents in! Up until a few months ago I was proud to say I was German-American... not anymore. Oh I was born in America, never been to Germany but was proud of my heritage. I guess was is the key word! I'm not bashing Germany so don't get me wrong. Con...

ATE, I have a P&S Herbst Ti #520. It is quite an awesome knife. I bought it last December at a local knife shop for 146.00. I asked the forum about this knife and they replied. If you go back and search for a thread I started (Dec.01) you'll get a link to a thread that was started at BF. Sal him...

Java, I live in Orange County, So. Cal. It's supposed to be the mountain bike capital of the world. That's what some books refer to it as, (not that I believe everything I read in books) but I'm sure there are nicer places. Moab, Sedona, Colorado, just to name a few, I have a friend that lives near ...

Java, Bring it on Be atch!!! I recently bought a 02 Specialized Enduro Expert FSR, with most of the bells and whistles. Weighs just under 30 lbs. (XL frame BTW) pretty light for what it is. Anytime you're ready for a little "ride" lets go... I'll pass by you so fast, I'll turn that Gary Fi...

103, Since I last "stated" I would no longer post here and waste the "PRECIOUS" Bandwidth I'll make this semi brief. I have been lurking here on occasion, but no where near the time I use to spend here! Got a laugh out of the whole KP thing, (no it was definately not me!) and oth...

DZScubie, Well I couldn't have said it better myself regarding the "clips" issue! I've argued that point till I'm blue in the face, some people just don't get it. (can you tell I like to argue!) I'm a 357 Mag. kind of guy (six inch Python) For pistols I prefer 40 S&W, slightly less rec...

The "Jig" is up! I now know who you are. R.L. It took me some time, and a little detective work. Your secret is safe with me. Speaking of "Hook up" how was S.B. that weekend? BTW your collector # does not rhyme with identity! Watch out for those Black helicopters... Did you hear ...

O.K. now you did it!!! Nobody and I mean NOBODY makes fun of Hogans Heroes. Werner Klemper (Col.Klink) is a fine actor, so is John Banner (Sgt. Schultz), Bob Crane, (although a bit "kinky&quot<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>as Hogan. Not to mention LaB...

SpyderNut, Don't forget Chevy pick-ups from I believe the early to mid 80s, as they had a similar "Pinto problem" (exploding gas tanks) Remember when NBC got caught with igniters trying to make the Pick-up explode for the TV cameras? The Chevy had real problems, it's just Dateline wanted i...

Part 2 Jaxon, 57 Chevys aren't bad. If you look at racing in general, Ford has had a lot more victories than Chevy! Back in "the day" it was primarily Ford and Dodge on top. If you look at Nascar, Ford has many more victories than Chevy. At Indy, many years ago it was Ford that put an end ...

Blak Ti Worker, Need Info.

The gun store that has the Blue Centofante also has what appears to be a Blak Ti Worker (C01 BK) Unfortunatly no box. So it's hard to tell if it's original. The knife coating looks sprayed on, if you close the blade you can see where it didn't cover the entire blade. Inside the scales you can see bl...

Glasshartt, I see we share another interest... the Colt Python, talk about an awesome gun! Massad Ayoob raves about it in the 1992 American Handgunner Oct. Nov. if I recall. Great article, find it and read it if you haven't already. I must admit I don't care too much for the Stainless Pythons, but i...

Well I might as well start off by saying I'm going to piss off a lot of people here... So what's new? First off, KK, let me congratulate you on your interest into firearms! The D/E especially in .50 A.E. is a novelty gun at best. They also come in two Calibers not mentioned in this thread, .41 Mag. ...
