When you mean a knife for your off hand do you mean using it with your off hand or just carrying it in the opposite pocket to your strong hand?

I mean for use with my off hand.

And the p'kal is an interesting Idea, something I'll definately try to look into.

I really like this idea. The only thing ever stopping me from buying a mule was my inability to have a handle made for it or to make my own. With a UKPK that problem is gone. Plus, as others have mentioned in the casual bombshell thread, it's more likely to be EDC'd.

I would definately love to see another spydie with the wave feature.

Hey everyone, I'm lookin' to get a new EDC and I've got my eye on the Para 2. The only problem is that it may be a bit too small for my hand. The only thing I have that is simillar in size is the Manix 2. So basically my question is if the Manix fits my hand well, will the Para 2? Comparison pics ...

OK I've been playing with the Manix 2 for the past few days now.

Impressions are: this is a sweet, solid and beefy knife, super fast to open and surprisingly comfortable to carry. It's also awesome in hand, and achieves the same great feel that the original Manix does. I love it.

I carry 2 E4W, SE in the rfp, PE in the lfp. I also carry a Manix 2 in the brp and a small SAK on my keyring.

Seems to me like the drop point ukpk would do the job.

Just figured I'd post an update. New manix 2 arrived and it's perfect, I'm very pleased with it. Now I can go out and see what its made of!

For me, out of my spydies my endura 4 is the most used. However my manix 2 should be arriving today so that will probably change.

I think there is a step in the lanyard hole where it is wider between the liners and steps to narrow where it goes through the liner.

Here is a thread where someone disassembled their Manix. I don't suggest you disassemble yours because it voids the warranty, but you can look at the lanyard hole ...

Hopefully, no thanks to my bad photography skills, this will shed a little light on what's happening. The lanyard tube has some space in between it and the liner. It's seems like its not attatched to the right side liner or the g10 scale like on the left side.

I took apart the regular endura to see if something was wrong but i didnt notice anything out of order. It only seems strange to me because the waved enduras have just about the exact same lock resistance while the regular endura takes a lot less force to disengage. The blade was also pretty loose ...
