Stretch blade jibing
I was wondering if someone could answer a question about the CF Spyderco Stretch Blade Jibbing in ZDP-189. the picture below is like the CF one I have. The back blade Jibbing is like stair steps. Large. The newer blade Jibbing is fine toothed. Was this only done on the CF ZDP 189 stretch blade? The ...

I would really like the Manix 2 in ZDP. it is middle of the road in size, and not as big as the Mili. I would also think, it would carry a smaller price tag. I carry the FRN Caly Jr in ZDP, because it is ZDP and light weight. I consistently find myself needing a bigger blade on the farm, and would l...

question about some Spydies?
Has Spyderco ever produced a Military or Manix 2 in ZDP?
I cannot think of one of these models ever produced in ZDP 189, with that said, Why not. It is such a great steel, and they have produced these knives in so many other steels.

Spyderco retailer question?
I am confused about something. Why do the brick and mortar stores only sell Spyderco's at MSRP? it does not make sense to me. There are all these knife places online that sell spydies for far less than the actual knife shops or MSRP. Is this an agreement they have with Sal and Spyderco, to keep thei...

I purchased the C54 fully serrated at a gun show, when it first came out. I did not buy knives back then to collect, I bought them based on looks and utility. I believe it did compete with the police at the time. The police has always been a hot seller. The G-10 harpy is one of my favorites. I purch...

Mule Sharpening
I pulled my Mule out of the box, the edge was sharp and toothy under magnification. I am putting some touches on the edge, with my Edge Pro. This is some hard stuff. From the feel of it, this stuff will be a razor blade. I believe my buddy purchased some toxic green G-10, so that is what it will eve...

Edge Pro for me. It took some time to save the dough. I finally pulled the trigger, and will never look back. The consistency of the angle that the EP puts on a blade is the key. it makes a perfect profile every time. Then you can put a secondary bevel on it to make it a razor. No rounded edges. You...

Thank you!
Rest assured it's from us! :) Thank you for this, with my busy schedule, I do not get to the forums as frequently as I used to. It seemed that the only way you could stay informed on new knife releases, was to look them up. Whether you use facebook, Spyderco forum, or other forums, you had to searc...

The next Mule
Does anyone know when the next mule will be released?
It would be nice to have a mule for Christmas, since the last mule was flawed.
I know there is a poll going for the next steel type, but I am sure Golden was already working on one!
