I think one can see a pattern here (blade size). Can't help it I like big blades.

Wow, haven't been here in awhile. I did just buy an Endura ZDP-189, the Endura being my favorite model. Haven't received it yet.

Would have liked to have gotten a Military C36.

I agree with Blerv, the steel difference is not of great importance and is a lateral move. The Cat is a great little knife either way.

I disagree on the lock access whilst closing. At least to me, the lock is more difficult to access with my thumb nail than the GB1. The liner is also thinner than the GB1 but seems plenty strong. The GB2 is still a fine knife though.

I hope Spyderco does keep producing the sabre grind. Both SG and FFG (Endura and Delica) are in my EDC rotation. I use the SG for tougher jobs because of the robust tip and it sharpens up very well for me.

Well, it looks like the Dragonfly has pulled way ahead as it should. It gets my vote as well in any iteration.

The Manix XL is my most comfortable Spyderco I own. I do have the SB Stretch and as others have stated if you are looking for a large and tough folder go with the XL.

Again, late to this thread. But I like the Endura/Delica the way it is. 1. Like the steel liners, this knife is almost too handle light already. 2. Like the choice of FFG and sabre grind, but a higher FFG>sabre could be a good compromise. 3. Like the lack of choil 4. Like the handle shape, could be ...

A little late to this thread, but yes the Endura is this man's favorite Spydie. I have the Endura 4 (sabre) in both part serrated and PE, the G-10 FFG, a green FFG FRN and the stainless handle PE.

My favorite Spyderco is the Endura. There is something about this knife that just plain appeals to me. The first time I saw one, in the early eighties(?), I had to have one. Well I'm an old fart and not sure what decade it was, which begs the question when did Spyderco start production of the Endura...

I like the Delica better (ffg or sabre). The clip on the Native digs into my palm.

Axlis, I'm new here but not to knives :) I own the FRN Stretch, FFG G10 Endura and the Orange Milli. Guess I'm in the minority here but prefer the G10 Endura much more than the FRN Stretch. How about the G10 FG Endura? Don't have one but it is more compact than the military but still has a 3 3/4" blade. This will be my next purchase.
