I purchased my wife the 6" kitchen model about a week ago. My wife LOVES it. She wants to throw away all her others to replace them with Spydercos. She's a convert.

Yes. But switch the lockbar too. I have a crimson (red scales darkened with rit dye) Delica with a zdp-189 blade. RTR.

I switched out the green handles on my Delica ZDP with the red handles of the trainer. Both work fine. I also switched out the lock bar that came with the blade.

I'm in. I like ZDP/420J2 b/c I think the blending line looks cool and ZDP is a top notch steel.

I seem always able to spell "Spyderco" correctly but never "spider." I always use "y" rather than "I."

Mine arrived today. It only took one or two weeks from the time I ordered.

You can't go wrong with any of the three.

I have a decorative box on my dresser in which I keep my EDC knives. Fixed blades and others I don't use are with my firearms.

Today I carried my Delica 4 in ZDP with custom crimson dyed scales (RTR). Tomorrow I'll probably carry a Stretch II.

Guns and knives = don't try to catch when falling! Good decision.

Cub Scouts pinewood derby. Car was about 1/16" inch over length. Stretch II solved that problem on site, quickly. My son's car went on to win 6th place in the district.

Native IV is my favorite of all Spydies.
