Thanks for all the comments, guys. I enjoyed this project and am enjoying watching Ken's videos of him using it as everyone else. I have to admit the tire video was pretty good.

Nicely done, Donovan. Congrats! Please tell me more about how these comps work? I see everyone using an identical appearing knife--do you each have to make one according to some specs set down for the competition? Or does the sponsor provide a set of knives for all to use, so that you are testing Y...

Good Job Donovan :D The cutting competition is quite an event to be involved in or watch. We have a video in our store running all day and we have a number of competition knives on display. It's interesting to note that most sports involving some type of "weapon" or "tool" have ...

Shame you won't be able to get the knife, but very thoughtful of you to pass the oppurtunity on to someone on here. Already on the list, so I am not signing up for your spot, just wanted to say thanks.

M4 is the steel a good many of us use in BladeSports, Int. Cutting competitions. At high hardness it is still incredibly tough, and takes an awesome edge.

I also have the Bradley on pre-order along with this Millie as of early Saturday. I pre-ordered the Bradley blind months ago based solely on the fact it is a Spyderco in M4 assosiated with Gayle Bradley, a man that is unbelievable when he wields one on his own custom competition knives in competiti...
