Hey, guys, here's my submission. It's a photo of the PPT that I've been carrying on a weekend outing with some friends. It was a fun evening and one of them was cool enough to lend me their camera so I got a couple of shots on this. I do love wharncliffes!

I'd love to have a similar finish on a production knife if it could be done. I think it would go well with a blade from the Ethnic series. Conceptually. Yet I'm a sucker for file and 'rough' knives, so I guess I'm a minority.

JLS, what are those fixed blades you have pictured?

IIRC...Kershaw basically stole nearly every part of the design except for (what I think is) the carbon fiber on the blades spine, and then went ahead and released it first (not too mention charging a whole sh!tload more than ZT has it MSRP'd) The Kershaw CEO (or someone like that) made the theft ...

Or probably they've noticed the Kershaw/ZT 0777 incident and are weary showing off knives that aren't going to market soon...

knifecenter still has them. I've been contemplating on getting one, though I still think I'll wait for the CF version. Orange is not my colour really.

I strongly urge this incorporate more Spyderco oriented responses. If its in the popular subforum it should at least attempt to fit in.

Anyway, I'd love to have one, especially if it's going to be a frame lock. THe guy who made that render in the original post said that he misplaced the pivot, so it's not gonna be exactly like that. If they keep the blade shape it'd be a winner.

I'd go for the black blade/black g-10. The problem with blue/denim coloured handle would be that if you're not wearing blue jeans the knife will be so much more visible. Especially if you're wearing dark or black pants.

Too bad to see the Citadel line go. Would have to snatch one up soon. :/

Probably a collector's club piece, that found it's way to the market.

Thanks, Doc! I've seen Mark Goldsworthy's work shown by my Pekiti-Tirsia instructor, so I was interested in it, but didn't know by whom it was. Yeah it is a perfect SD knife, there's no arguing about that. Thank you again for the info

Are there any pictures or renders of the green one? Is it known what kind of scales will it use? Foliage Green, OD or something like the enduras/delicas?

Kinda strange why would they put the hole on a fixed blade. And it's not for some trademark reason like...

This knife most definitely was not from 1942. Pocket clips were introduced in the 80s by Spyderco... And this is an Endura. Here's an article in the spydiewiki on it:

I'd love to see more blades with micarta too. And more colour options for both micarta and G-10 scales, please! I'm sick and tired of all the black G-10 on liners that's been going on in the knife world for some time. Heck, even G-10 has different colours, so it's not about the money or production ...

Aren't you supposed not to disassemble the knife as doing so voids the warranty? Hence the lack of kits for every knife model. I would assume otherwise each and every one with a torx driver would be tearing apart their knives and that would be quite the headache for the customer service guys.
