So your decision comes down to your cutting tasks for the D'fly 2. Are you going to be having to saw through netting or any other fibrous material? Or do you need a small slicer? it's a spyderedge, but there is a small amount of pe at the tip, so they might have just classified it as such.

If you want a D'fly 2 Salt, then get the SE. If you want a PE, then get the VG10 version. That's what I think, unless you live in a very humid climate and want a PE for an all-around EDC. Then the PE D'fly Salt will serve fine but will lose its edge quicker than its VG10 counterpart. Well I work in...

you can still pick it up from some shops for about 300 and ebay for around 400 if you really want it

definitely textured for me

how do you think it would fair in slicing cardboard, plastic ties, and tape/plastic? I think it would make a great work tool
