Have you tried focused breathing or meditation? I've had similar issues dealing with ocd and I have found that taking small breaks during the day to do some of those exercises puts me a lot better state by the end of the day. I figure with the lack of a detent that actually retracts the blade, in the fashion a lock back, tip down would be ideal. I imagine that a mili coming open while being inserted into the pocket would be preferred over opening when you draw the knife from your pocket with the blade pointed at your bod...

The ceramic blades still set off metal detectors; its kind of the main issue they needed to get around to sell them I would think.

I have a D4 in front pocket, Tasman in back. Blades are of equal thickness.

I think the coating is more a matter of taste than function since most people aren't going to be using this knife to sneak up on bin laden in the dark. Just pick which color combo appeals most to you and get it, they all cut like crazy so might as well have the one whose looks you appreciate the most.
