That's a real bummer. Makes me think back to just yesterday or the day before I read about a guy being charged with stealing firearms from luggage.

I've got the Foliage Green Military with the D2 blade, but it only came in PE. My girlfriend got it for me and I really like the Foliage Green handle. I just would rather have something with some teeth that I would carry. I don't carry plain edge models much at all.

I owned one plain edge, black FRN Merlin in ATS-55, not VG-10. I sold/traded it on knifebst last year.

i would be very wary of a spyderco that was issued with a white handle,with a little bit of RIT dye, i could come up with a plethora of "rare" colored handles. we have been dying our lacrosse heads here in md for years.
