My favorite knife brand of them all,without a doubt.....Emerson.

As much as I do love Spyderco,I love my Emerson's more.

I prefer a SE edge,but I plan on buying both the SE & PE Spyderhawk's.

At $66.61 U.S plus exchange,duty and shipping to Canada,I would be looking at around $150 by the time it gets to my door.

Warriors & Wonders has the best prices for us Canadians,also Jay is a pleasure to deal with.

That price is correct,infact it's cheaper than what he originally told me what it was going to cost.

Jay at W&W always has the cheapest prices anywhere.

(holds paper bag over mouth while breathing).......I just got off the phone with my local Spyderco dealer,he said the H1 Spyderhawk will be available for purchase on September 11.

I don't know if I can wait that long.

so the H1 Spyderhawk is coming out this year eh? I'm hoping Jay will be on the bit because I will buy one perhaps two if they come in serrated and plain edge.

I'm really hoping Jay will be getting a big batch of H1 Spyderhawks,last thing we need is for him to run out before we can get our hands ...

Sean,the most difficult thing about going to W&W,is not busting the bank when I see pretty much the entire Spyderco line-up in front on me.

There is a shop about 64 miles East in Vancouver, B.C and he does have the whole lot of Spyderco's plus others. The name of the shop is Warriors and Wonders. Let's worry about trying to convince the great folks at Spyderco to produce the knife first,before we even worry about what name it should have.

The reduced curvature,lack of serrations and high price tag is the reason I don't want one.

I always thought the Spyderhawk was the king of hawkbills,considering the current demand for a H1 Spyderhawk vs a Superhawk that is currently available that not many people want.

DMgangl,if the Superhawk had a more curved blade with teeth,I would cut down my consumption of beer for a few months just to get one.

Sal has already chimed in on this thread. He seemed sort of favorable to the idea of an H-1 Spyderhawk but wanted to make the blade with less curve from what I remember.

Trust me I do believe we got their attention :)

I was really hoping Sal would entertain with the idea of producing the H1 ...
