Having just gotten a Chinook myself, I have to agree, this is one awesome knife. There is no blade play in mine and it unlocks easily.

I find this almost impossible to believe. Did he say the entire box was crushed, like maybe it had been run over by a truck or something?
Sounds fishy to me.

Wegner Jr. I would vote for the Calypsos, but I guess they don't fit in here.

I don't have the Falcon, but the Large Calypso certainly would fit your needs. A classy dress knife on steroids. One of my favorites.

I think everyone should have at least one Military. I currently have four, and if I'm ever a lucky dog, number five will be the elusive Black Millie. If you just want one for a daily user, I'd go with one of the newer CPM-440V models. For a large EDC it is much slicker than the ATS-34 models, at lea...

I guess I am in the minority, but I have some that I just don't use. Yes, sadly they sit all day in my display case, begging to be taken out and put to work. The best they can hope for is to be lifted out and rubbed with a polishing cloth and loving hands. They also serve as models for the mediocre ...

My first Spydercos were two Natives.
Bladeforums PE.
Stainless PE.
I had been looking at Spyderco knives for some time, never being able to decide where to start. I saw these in a package deal and it was like, "Hello".

I got one of these that is numbered with bug inlay but it sits in my case and looks pretty. Seems like a cool design and one of these days I intend to get another to use. Can't wait to get the forum version as well.

I finally came to my senses and bought the book last week. I have not finished it yet, but it is well worth putting the next knife purchase on hold for a little while.
