Denmark is usually a quiet place, without criminality. But recently I had an occasion to test the efficacity of my civilian. I was leaving my work-place when I have been acosted by a real lunatic. He was acting to be a dog and try to bite me. I ran out but he was faster and began to tear my clothes....

civilian and matriarch
I recently read that this knives where only sold to the "LEO". What does it exactly mean? I suppose that the civvie and the matriarch are reserved for the police, others milices and army. Their knives are really improper for the utilitary usage?
