What about Flat Dark Earth type colors? Like some version of a tan like the special military edition Desert Tan Native? I wasn't a huge fan of the Earth Brown.

Also, where is the Green Para2 going to be offered out of? I'm sure its been said, but I must have missed it. Already got an Orange Para2 ...

Just ordered 2..........I can't wait.

It was the decision of each individual dealer that commissioned the respective knife. Cutlery Shoppe chose to use orange G-10 when they put in their order. Knifeworks chose to use green for theirs. Likewise, Bento Box Shop chose to use blue while <s>someone</s> Moteng (a distributor) apparently ...

I find it interesting that there is a green para 2.........

I have seen tons and tons of threads about people wanting an Orange Para2 and I can't recall a thread about a green para2....

Is this a special collaboration for a company that specifically requested green?

Just based on my perception on ...

I normally don't jump on the "I wish Spyderco made this" or "Hey Sal, what are the chances/wouldnt be great if such and such was made" because it seems half the posts are that


But this is the one thread that I gotta jump on the bandwagon and cheer for.

I am from Illinois, but flew into Denver to see the Bears/Broncos game this weekend. My wonderful sister bought me box tickets for my birthday. Not only that, but I am going snow skiing at Vail as well.

I am going to have to get a Citadel as well. I wonder why the Embassy is staying and the Citadel is leaving. Anyway, I am going to get a Citadel.

Its a shame because the knife is so wonderful. I mean the quality, fit, and overall feel is amazing to me. Its just that blemish on the G10 that baffles me.

What causes these marks? I have one on my Rock Lobster as well, but its a large black one near the pivot pin.

Not sure if I am making a big deal about this or not. It kinda bothers me, but I dunno because it is so well made. This is one of the finest quality folders I have ever owned.

What about this mark and resell value if I ever choose to sell it?

Warm soapy water, WD-40, and just using ...

It came in bubble wrap from Seki City, Japan...I will try the WD40 and let you know.

I just received my Bob Lum Tanto Sprint with the gray G10 scales. The knife feels so great in my hand and the liner lock is so very solid. I am very impressed with this knife.

Once issue I have with it though is that I am not a fan of the gray G10. I am also not fond of the red dot on one side of ...

From the comparison photos, I would have to agree as well.....The new grind DEFINATELY looks much better IMHO :D

I got some dirt/mud/wet clay all over my new Para 2 in Black G10. The blade has been cleaned and properly oiled, but the black G10 scales aren't cleaning up. The mud has dried on them and I need some advice on how to get them to clean up.
