As I said on BF "Count me in"!

I'd even pay a bit more to the Childrens Hospital to get on the list.

Is VG-10 or BG-42 and the Compression Lock still a probability?

Help with Wegner problem...

I've owned a large combo Wegner for quite a while now and while I love he design (not as much as if I'd bought a plain edge, but combo was all I could get) I never carry it because I just can't get used to tip-up carry. I have fondled it a lot and have never wrist snapped it open (its always been to...

Sal, next 'Sprint Run'?

First off let me say I love my Military's. Working for a newspaper I sometimes find myself in the wrong area at the wrong time and a Military or an MT SOCOM is the only knife I'll carry! Since I already have an ATS-34 plain, and CPM plain and serrated I was looking forward to the idea of the 'Sprint...

Since I was the one who originally suggested the Military, OK it was part-serrated, much cooler idea I think sign me up. And I don't even know what the inlay will be! When do we send $$ <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 a...

Need a plain Calypso (or Jr)

I have an absolutely new in box Calypso Micatra Spyderedge (never even out of the bag) that I would love to trade for a plain edge that does not even have to be as nice. Or I would take a Calypso Jr Micarta plain NIB. I already have both models in Spyderedge and like them so much I must have plain e...

Northern Hemisphere checkin' in here How 'bout a Military in a combo-blade with colored G-10? I would drool over khaki or maroon G-10. Or a special run of the first Military Jr's! Either one would, of course have special blade etching. ...

Oh, stop whining! As someone who has recently been seduced by the allure of MT (4 of last 5 new knives) I still consider myself a Spyderco fan first and foremost. The contest was fun and how anyone ever got the idea it was not random is beyond me. What other company could you post a question to the ...

Don't have mine yet. I think they are the same pouches that come with Civilians, just extras. Can't scan when I get one as do not have a scanner, why waste knife $$ on silly electronic devices

Yes, the blue and white 'slider' boxes. Everyone that has come with a large Spyderco (Starmate/Wegner/Military/Shabaria) has been ripped out at the ends when I got it. In fact I ordered 2 of the Civilian style pouches from SFO today just for storage. Will order more soon, but at $16.95 two more will...

Question and wish for Sal

At gun/knife shows I've watched dealers wipe knives that have been handled with a piece of chamois. So, I bought some at the hardware store just for wiping down my Spydies after a days carry when its only been opened and closed a few times. I do not use it for deep cleaning, but it seems to work rea...

Don't like stainless or zytel scales. I own almost every current G-10 or Micarta (more colors) Spydie, but the stainless and Zytel models just do not ice my donut. They do make good gifts though
