Compatriot, Nin Hao. Welcome to the forum. I believe websites such as knifecenter.com ships to our country (it certainly does to Hong Kong) but of course, you have to take the hefty mailing cost to the account. Alternatively, you can try getting spydies from good dealers in China. Which city are you...

Thailand knife laws

Hi, I am planning a trip to Thailand and would like to ask if anyone could tell me the knife laws there?

Would, for example, a SS delica brings me any trouble? Or do they have any rules to outlaw any knives of certain length, or fixed blades?

Cheers.

Well Samo, as a fellow journalist I envy you for your colourful assignments on board of aircraft carriers etc. The closest time my job as a political correspondent took me towards knives was when I repeatedly tried (but of course, failed) to convince our honourable members of the legislature to rela...

Congratulations Craig!

I am wondering, among those who are married here, what knives have we brought to the church/city hall/temple on our wedding day?

i brought my small buck folder - i should have taken the spyderco wegner mouse had it arrived from the post months earlier!

Long time no see, people. Have been loaded too much with work in the past few months (but that hasn't stopped me from getting a couple of new spydies, a SS delica and a meekat). I was thrilled to find the ad in Tactical Knives about the long-awaited tracker, but am sorry to find in this forum that i...

good question midget. the law in Hong Kong has specifically mentioned you cannot even OWN a collapsble baton even if you keep it at home. its one of those listed "prohibited weapons'' in this part of the world. However, the irony is that while it is illegal to carry such a weapon, or even a str...
