Not sure if this is the info you are looking for, but I'm pretty sure they are Torx screws. Sizes are T8 for the pivot and T6 for everything else. At least that's what I've used.

Not sure what they go for, but in my recent personal experience, my usual knife soures don't have them in stock and I even had a hard time finding one on ebay.

For what it's worth - I've been in that situation a couple times. I just kept calling and things got sorted out. Hope everything works out. I got a Swick last week and they are slick little knives.
