I like a full SE for versatility and making quick work of tasks. I do like a PE's ease of maintenence however.

40 and 357 mags are the same except caliber markings.

357 is a necked down 40, and the difference between 40 guns versus 9 is the same as 357 versus 9.

I like the. 357 Sig better than 9mm 40 45 38 or 357 magnum. It's like having a .357 magnum with twice the capacity and half the recoil of a revolver. I had one of the small Glocks in 357 Sig one time and couldn't tell any difference between it and a hot 9mm load like a cor bon or something. I would...

Ohio law when dealing with private property says that the key part of the law is "knowingly violate". I conviently haven't ever seen a sign in the State of Ohio on private property.

Gen 3's had a bunch of issues when they first came out as well. I haven't seen a Gen 4 that's been bought in the last year or so malfunction. My advice - go with what feels best in your hands that matches your budget. Try to get to the range and shoot one to get an idea if you like it before you com...

I use fitnesspal predominantely for calorie counting. I use Map My Fitness for my workouts. Fitness Pal tends to be easier to enter in meals, but it isn't very good at figuring out calories spent on strength exercises. Map My Fitness uses GPS in your phone to literally map out your route and track s...

Today I weigh 170 pounds. I weighed 170 pounds when I got out of basic training, and I'll be celebrating one year in the USAF on Tuesday - I thought that was pretty fitting. I've continued to get good results. My perfect form pullups are at 4, and I can crank out 7 in a hammer grip. I've tacked on a...

Jeff Cooper used to say put your pump shotgun up loaded with trigger down on an empty chamber and when an intruder heard you rack the slide it would most likely be enough deterent that you wouldn't have to use the gun. Also it takes pressure off your firing pin spring. I've never, ever seen a case ...

THey're very nic epistols - just wear gloves if you plan on shooting more than two mags through, especially the double stacks. Suckers get HOT really quickly.

Firstly, thank you. Many people look to those that wear a uniform that represents our country today and greet us with a thank you in a mannerism as unique as each individual that thanks us. Today however is not a day to remember or thank us- we are still here. Today is a day to honor those who came ...

There is no such a device. We have never isolated antimatter for more than a few nanoseconds. The only antimatter in wide use now are positrons (positive electrons) used in PET medical scanning. The positrons are only produced by radioactive decay (positron emission) of fluorine-18. Emitted positro...

The anti-matter/matter engines are currently used in space. Most satellites have an ion drive engine, which uses electrons from a gas going through an electromagnetic field to propel the satellite. Picture chucking a baseball stupid fast - not a whole lot of initial motion, but long term very effect...

I like some of the Mcusta and Al Mar designs. I like the ZT 0561 but not for the price they're asking. I found a place that offers it for 220 new with a tan scale. It's a small bit of a tossup between the Southard and the 0561, but the 0561 has a bit more graceful lines to me, and is made in the US...
