Thank you Gayle Bradley and Spyderco!!!

Just received mine, wow what a knife.
It has a perfect weight and balance in the hand. I can't wait to put this to some use. It is definitely the sharpest knife out of the box that I have received. Perfect grinds, perfect blade centering. I can not find a flaw on it.
The manufacturer in Taiwan sure ...

The urban also has a slightly slimmer handle if I remember right. I like the ukpk better.

Nice to meet you! Spyderco knives are my favorite too. I'm easy to spot with the spydereye since I wear a spyderco hat almost everyday.

I've owned many knives as a relatively new knife nut thanks to all the money I saved by quitting smoking. Hinderer xm-18's, Anso 67, Dozier folding hunter, Large ...

I found I like this one riding in the pocket tip down better. A little less sticks out of the pocket.

To me the benefits of the knife outweigh the negatives. It isn't very slick in the pocket, if you go to put your hands past it and grab something from the bottom of the pocket you will feel it ...

Chokwe initial thoughts.

I just received a Chokwe. These are some of my initial observations. My pictures are usually not so hot, so I'll leave those out.

After writing everything I decided I should put the summary at the top. So you can skip the picture-less wall of text if you want.
SUMMARY.... A work of art. Interesting ...

The Stretch is one of my favorite knives.

There is just nothing bad I can say about it. Comfortable as can be, great flat grind. Sizes are just the right size for a larger edc.

I don't have a thousand dollars either Yab!

I was coming from the uninformed and non-specific side of the fence :D Thinking of buck and there 110 customizable thing. Only having a few knives, with limited options for each knife.

I guess if Spyderco made about 3 knives customizable it might be do ...

Thanks Eighth! I try to be ridiculous at all times! Constantly pushing the envelope of not taking things too seriously I am.

Seriously though, if we can't have fun here where can we? I sure don't spend my free time on the internets trying to be serious and not have fun! :D

I carried the cricket today. Totally unobtrusive in the pocket. I literally didn't feel it clipped to my pocket the whole day.
It fulfilled all of my knife chores for the day too!
