I stopped in there when I went to my brothers Med school graduation in TN, cool place, its quite large. Its a great place to handle just about anything you are considering purchasing, they have most every brand. Pretty steep pricing on most of the stuff I handled, seemed like it was all marked msrp....

The problems you're describing come from a manufacturer, not the vendor but vendors usually back what they sell then deal with the manufacturer for their satisfaction.
