Too bad spyderco doesn't release this series again. Incredibly wicked slicers.

For my missing Delica. She's gone missing, been 3 weeks now. I lost her on a trip upstate. Somehow she slipped out of my pocket. She was a molded FRN clip model, with me 10 years. Updated with a metal clip by the kind folk at Spyderco after I thoughtlessly caught the clip on a door frame on the way ...

Try pushing the knife instead of pulling it toward you. I do that every other time & it keep the points fairly sharp.

I just got a couple of micro rigs for some Dragonfly's in the mail yesterday. They're pretty neat.

Very secure retention, so I have no worries letting it hang out of my pocket with the keys in the pocket.

BTW- Thanks Eric!

I just did this recently. Couldn't be happier with the end result.

Do a search for Clip replacement (pics) and you should be able to find the post & pics.

Absolutely samo- it's back in my pocket after quite some time living in my backpack. I really don't like carrying knives in the bottom of my pocket, so the Delica had been banished to the bag. Still got used alot, just not carried. Now, it's back to being my primary EDC. I can't imagine why I waited...

I just sent mine in earlier this month for the same reason, though I'd been carrying mine around with no clip for years. Here's <a href="http://www.spyderco.com/forum/topic.asp?topic_id=7426&forum_id=7&Topic_Title=Clip+replacement+%28pics%29&forum_title=General+Discussion&M=Fals...

Get whatever size that will fit easily against the 204 stone. If you can get one that you can use adequately for other purposes as well, you get better bang for your buck.

Here's a couple more pics.

For such a good looking (and functional) bit of surgery and only a week turn-around time this may well be the best $10 I've spent in ages.

Yep, it's the real deal. It'll be frustrating at first until you get the hang of it, but if you stick with it the reward is sharp knives. Watch the video several times before you start. Unless you're really masochistic, don't use the brown stones to reprofile a blade. Do yourself a favor and cheat- ...

Clip replacement (pics)

I finally sent my old Delica in last week (Friday) to get the broken FRN clip replaced and it arrived yesterday (Friday). I had originally removed the stub of the broken clip (not too well) with a wood chisel. After the new clip was placed you really have to look hard to see that it isn't original. ...
