Re: Microjimbo, sage 5, Bodacious potential tip protruding

Sent my Shaman in to be looked at, the tip was below the scales but looked similar to yours. I was told it was normal and within spec though others in the "normal" range might sit a little low. My recent Bodacious is also similar.

I think it's just the way the knives were designed and thousands ...

Re: Microjimbo, sage 5, Bodacious potential tip protruding

I have the same "issue"" on my Lil Native Slipit as wwell as Lil Native back lock, the tip just seems to ride a bit high, and phenomenon I mostly encountered on traditional folders so far. I still enjoy the Lil Native, but it wasn't what I was expecting.

Microjimbo, sage 5, Bodacious potential tip protruding

I recently picked up a bodacious, sage 5 salt and a microjimbo. Love those knives, but why all three have a same issue which is that the tip is not into the scale deep enough. Why can’t these scales rise a bit at the end of the handle??

Oh Corrosion might be it. That explains why after I sand down the scale ...

Delica 4 K390 blade has scratch on the letter area, what’s the cause?

Delica is the first Spyderco I owned, love the compactness and ergo. But I noticed the blade developed a pretty noticeable scratch mark near the Spyderco letter and I wonder what the cause is. Is it the liner? I tried to sand down the inner edge of the frn scale and the liner edge on the show side ...
