I've been in EMS and Wildland EMS/Rescue for the last 12 years. The area I work in is literally half and half, as in half urban area so it has houses, apartments, freeways, malls, etc.. you're typical heavily populated city. The other half is wilderness, rural farm areas, mountains, streams, etc ...

I personally haven't noticed this, but it is a tough topic to moderate, especially when a casual user (or even moderator/generic meta content filter employee) doesn't always know the difference on the fine line between a tool, and a weapon.
