Re: Trash etiquette
If its absolutely trash, I just run it over the coarse stone a bit to give it a really toothy edge and hand it back. Some of the ones I've seen are never going to take a proper edge, and their owners apparently have never experienced one.

A nib 15v PM2. Because I didn't have one, and I really need so little justification to pick up another PM2.

Re: Future of Crucarta-family
I would definitely spring for a Crucarta Native 5 and Chief. Especially the Chief. Would probably snag a lil' Native too if they became available.

Re: Latest GREATEST hard use folder???
Not sure they ever topped the M4 Gayle Bradley 2 for a practical hard use knife (although the Cruwear exclusive GB2 might be the closest contender).

Re: Bow River steel upgrade please
Price it at circa $120…
lol, $120 for a Spyderco fixie with a premium steel? You dreaming buddy.
Nope, no dreaming pal!
M4 Tenacious is roughly twice the price of the standard Tenacious… so why not here?
Exactly what I was thinking.
The Tenacious always intrigued me, being basically a ...

Great buy!
I really like that blade pattern, should be real handy. Good size too.
Haven't tried any of the Italian Spdco's yet, that's the first one I've seen that has tempted me.

Living a mile from the Gulf of Mexico, Spidey's Salt line has always been a boon. The upgrade to Magnacut is very welcome to me. The performance difference is significant.

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
Crucarta Manix 2 from GP because I didn't have one yet and the price was just too good to pass up.
M4 Manix2 LW w/ AWT scales and a Lynch from secondary because it is downright minty and I got a great deal on it.
Speaking of mint, the BHQ scales were the only thing keeping me from grabbing the M4 ...
