Re: Para 3 CruCarta?

I got mine a couple of days ago. It’s a beaut however the clip is not workable for me and I’ve had to order a LNW deep carry clip. Para 3 LW in SPY27 got me into the Para 3s and I felt I wanted a non-LW version. I’m a fan of the wire pocket clip on the LW versions of the knife but I understand that ...

Re: Para 3 Lightweight Salt first impressions

Lovely looking knife - congrats! The para 3 LW is one of my personal favorites (I have it in SPY27 and I love that steel).

Re: Dragonfly vs. Lil' Native

I have both. For me it comes down to whether or not there will be any kind of food prep needed and if so, I reach for the Dragonfly because it is much thinner and more slicey. The lil native is small and stout. Not the most slicey blade but very rugged and due to the compression lock (keep in mind t...

Re: Para 3 LW Slip Joint

Fellow Brit abroad here. Para 3 LW (spy 27) is my all time favorite EDC carry. If it takes a slippie to bring it to those in the UK then I'm all for it. However, one of the things I like best about it other than the ergos is the compression lock and how fiddly it is. It has the best action of all th...

Re: Catcherman LC200N Sprint Run

Great timing indeed! My kit has been dusted off and I've seen stripers around Long Island already. It's going to be a great season.

Re: Red & Black Holiday Sale!

First one of these for me but it was a very smooth experience.

I bagged a native 5 LW in Maxamet.

Tried for a Para 3 LW afterwards. Alas, I was too slow.

Re: Post your Spyderco collection in one picture!

:winking-tongue I’ve just ordered the Manix Stormtrooper . Regarding stores, I’m not sure what’s around. I’m in NY. Any other East Coasters among us? Where are the good stores? If you're "upstate," J.T.s Knife Shop is in Port Jervis. If you're actually upstate, in the CNY area then Fradon...

Stretch in K390 and the Stormtrooper Manix sprint run. Hoping to snag a Catcherman and Para3 Crucarta from the latest reveal too. Then, my collection will be complete ;)

I’ve just pulled the trigger on one of these. I’m excited to see what all the fuss is about since the Manix 2 LW and Rex 45 will both be brand new to me.

Looks like a well-rounded collection. Depending on your usage needs, maybe you could try a Manix or one of Spyderco's fixed blades.
Thanks! I am tempted by a Manix or Native in Rex 45. Too bad the current Manix sprint run blade is coated. I’m a fan of the patina so will wait for the next one.
