I would buy one. Para3 (both LW and regular) is my favorite knife and K390 is up there with my most loved steels.

I use mineral oil most often but have also been known to use frog lube and ballistol.

I am still waiting for Millie 2 Salts to be back in stock. Hopefully that will happen before we get around to making Millie 1 Salts

Backlocks are great until you have to disassemble the knife then compression lock wins each and every time.

Do you mind sharing which dealer?

My Para 3 crucarta has amazing fit and finish and is such a joy to use. It's my fall/winter carry.

i was going to suggest the military because the longer blade will give you better geometry for cleaning fish due to the taper of the blade. in other words, more of the blade is thinner compared to the shorter blades. but even if you're not cleaning fish with it, i'd still recommend the military ...

I've pre-ordered it.

I have a Catcherman for cleaning fish since I do think a bit of flex and a very thin blade is needed for that.

This would just be a general blade to have on me. I do sometimes fish with braided line in the salt and yes, I am often having to trim it.

Based on what I know, if you are stopped (even in some parts of the US), it's more about the belief about what your intentions are with the knife and if you have a legitimate reason to carry it. If the stated reason ...

Interesting and timely topic. Only the other night I ended up rather carefully taking my oscillating tool to my K390 Delica clip screws that were stripped to cut a line that I could use a slotted driver on. Luckily there was no collateral damage.

I am also very tempted by this one.

Two things give me pause:
1. I'd like it in SPY27.
2. I'd rather it had the compression lock so it's easier to disassemble/clean/maintain.
