Shortly after my post here, I emailed BladeHQ inquiring whether the blade coating is DLC but probably won’t hear back until Monday. I’m fairly certain it’s DLC since it’s U.S. made. We shall see.

mine has the same patina but i always kept it oiled maybe its time to try a acid stone wash

You'll probably have to send it into the factory. We've built many Manix G-10 models over the years and there have been many adjustments made.

hey about the new crucarta manix is it going to be their typical satin finish or like the s390v and maxamet variants are going to come with their light stonewash?

Man if only was G10 i would've got one, hope someday awt makes scales for lw or somebody make the piece already

So i just asked for the manix g10 lock part but i havent got a reply yet is even possible? Cuz mine got messed up pretty bad on the treads

hope we get i can grab somethin other than the leftovers when the servers work again

Yeah looking further more i saw it, this was exactly the steel what i was looking for, sad is not tHe G10 version tho
