Re: What are these marks on the inside of the scales?
That is a fun detail. Probably it will be either something with the manufactering proces or it could also be an assambly worker putting pride in to his work. ( maybe his employee number ) Old Cars from smaller company's also frequently have hidden messages hidden behind panels where to owner normal...

What are these marks on the inside of the scales?
With most knives, I opened up the Chaparral Sun & Moon to have a look inside. Both scales have similar markings in them that look to read "55". Part of the mould used for the G10? Never seen this in the 25+ different models of Spyderco I disassembled. Is it indeed reading "55"...

The Chaparral Sun&Moon before they are all gone. For anyone interested, there is a Chap in birdseye maple still for sale at Knife Lounge in DE. This one is discontinued as well.

https://i.postimg.cc/x15szn3Q/IMG-1244.jpg It’s very new to the collection, but I’ve been absolutely loving this Ferrum Forge Archbishop 3.0, it’s a great size, surprisingly not that heavy, and feels absolutely incredible in hand. Plus, it’s a beautiful knife too. It might be a little early for me ...

Re: Gayle Bradley 2 CQI?
I would also like the access to the linerlock to be improved. I did that improvement myself on the GB2, but want to keep the GB1 original as it's discontinued. This has been discussed since the GB was first released. I don't think they're going to change it at this point. They're really not that di...

Re: Dragonfly vs. Lil' Native
A bit painful as I just lost my lil Native. For me these are very different knives. The lil native punches above it's weight with a thicker blade than the DF and I can just get a four finger grip on it using the choil. This makes it usefull for more hard use tasks. The blade being thicker but still ...

Re: Why is the Kapara so overlooked ?
Is the Kapara really overlooked? In terms of sales? I find it one of the better colabs Spyderco has done. Great slicer, light weight and very nice ergo's. I would prefer a bit stronger detent and a bit larger area
to access the compression lock.
to access the compression lock.

Re: Gayle Bradley 2 CQI?
I find the detent a bit too weak on both the GB1 and GB2. It doesn't take much to shake out the blade. It did not prevent me from buying them 😉 I would also like the access to the linerlock to be improved. I did that improvement myself on the GB2, but want to keep the GB1 original as it's discontinu...
