Re: Questionable tag lines & shiny footprints
No idea if my signature line is bad (it references that I like guns) but I’ll change it to something more palatable to be on the safe side

Re: Dare I say… DF2?
It’s nice to have a smaller knife when you are cutting close to your off hand. The Dragonfly excels at that sort of work. I think I need a Warncliffe. Dude Wharny is so good. I don’t hunt, so I don’t need to skin anything (Apparently that’s the best use for a belly??) I’ve tried to find cuts that a...

Re: Dare I say… DF2?
My wife carries a serrated Dragonfly hawkbill Salt model. It's a pocket chainsaw. Highly recommended! Also, I consider the Para3 a small knife. It's all relative though. Yeah I can get the relatively thing. I carry a CZ75b many days of the week which is seen as nuts among many. I guess I’m the oppo...

Dare I say… DF2?
Hey y’all, As y’all know, I’m new to folders. My Spyderco collection has tripled over the last 2 weeks or so with the additions of the Para 3 and DF2. Initial impressions of the Para 3: my god, this is considered a “small” knife? This thing is hefty. Feels very well made. Compression lock is really ...

Re: New Sprint Drop Coming Soon!
My Japanese kitchen knives (moritaka hamono) are Aogami blue #2. With a simple strop they get paper thin tomato sharp. They will develop a patina though (im in the South). I think I’ll get one of these DF2s

Re: DIY Ladybug / Manbug Pocket Clip
Very late to this, But….
1) buy your flave of Ulticlip (slim 2.2 is likely ideal) for $12
2) fix paracord to lanyard hole —> Ulticlip
= low cost, super reliable, diy pocket clip (and Ulticlip is made in USA which is cool)

Re: SE performance is more than simply teeth vs no teeth.
Yeah when I was looking at knives corrosion resistance was BIG for me. It gets humid down here in the South. Thankfully I don’t live near the ocean so salt water isn’t an issue. I think I’d opt for LC200N going forward but I think H1 is cool

Yeah there’s definitely a place for SE. Like I said, I defer to all of you and y’all’s experiences cuz I’m new. But even with a steel that’s apparently poopy (H1) it’s been a good companion.

Re: SE performance is more than simply teeth vs no teeth.
I am new to the knife world, in fact I just joined the forum the other day. So take what I have to say with a salt lick. But over the last year I’ve used a tasman salt 2 in h1 full SE. frankly, I’ve never sharpened it because I don’t know how to. From a layman; it seems to cut well enough still? It’...

Re: Knife steel vs knife shape
I’m honestly floored by the helpful responses. When you see comment threads on platforms like YouTube, or anything firearms related (I’m deep into the 2A thing), you witness so many unfriendly folks. I really appreciate all of y’all’s input in helping guide my decision. And after all that. I had the...

Re: Knife steel vs knife shape
The Halloween PM2 it is!! I may also get the DLT exclusive pm2 in purple/black. I’ve always thought purple and orange were great Halloween colors. Why am I fixated on Halloween in January. I don’t have a good answer for that🫠.
Thanks everyone! My knife journey starts today!
