Re: Any Plans for a non-lightweight Chaparral in Serrated Edge
One option that I sometimes do when I can't get the blade handle combo I want is buy two knives, one with the handle I want and one with the blade I want and then either swap the scales or swap the blades. Then either keep both or sell the combo I didn't want as much. In your case you would be ...

I don’t think it’s broken, I think it’s just stabbed through a leaf. The handle is behind the leaf. I could be wrong.Manixguy@1994 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 10, 2025 5:54 am

Re: Fixing Lock Rock in Seki FRN lockbacks
Its all a matter of production tolerances. If the pin that goes through the lockbar does not get “press-fit” into the scales the slightest space in that connection creates the lock rock. With G10 and FRN handles of several Native 5’s I tested no lock rock was there as these scale materials allow ...

Re: Spyderco Photo of the Week - Book
why not start with calendar submissions? you own the photos now and have years worth of submissions and you aren't limited to what made it into the calendars. you could probably make a book just with the calendar winners and other submissions that you liked but didn't meet requirements or make it ...

A project charter was established before testing started. Previous results on finished and available to the general public products were used to calculate what numbers or percentages would be used. Both of them paramilitary 2s in their representative steel. All knives purchased came from ...

Re: What did you use your Spyderco for last?
In my personal experience, S110V can vary wildly from knife to knife. My 2018-era UKPK is very forgiving whereas my 2022/2023 era Native 5 is noticeably more brittle. I love both for what they are, but in some ways they behave almost like two different steels.
Regardless...
Used my UKPK to cut ...
