Re: Post your Spyderco collection in one picture!
Yeah...wow!! You've obviously put a lot of thought into your knife and steel selection. Not to mention those are some beautiful mods. Super impressive collection you have there.!matthewkuhl wrote: ↑Thu Dec 25, 2025 2:13 pm56275290-1fee-4493-b685-68a543b3856a-1_all_1205~2.jpgUpdate after a knife bender i went on this month

Re: Love for the little guys
As far as Spyderco knives go, the Lil Native is the smallest I have. It's not one I carry much, but it's a great knife. As others have said, it's a "little big knife". I don't have a Dragonfly, but I've handled one. Seems a little small for me. The LN also seems more solidly built, IMO. Another plus ...

Re: Your thoughts on the MT leather sheath?
I had the same issue with mine. I use my Magnacut Mule as my fishing knife. (And I do a lot of fishing) After a day on the river, I went to take the sheath off my belt and notice the stitching on the belt loop had unraveled. Luckily it didn't fall and get lost. Anywho, this was my solution. 20251205 ...

I've always heard them called the P38. Had one for about 30 years rarely used it, but kept it around. Still got it stashed away somewhere. This makes me want to go find it.

Re: What would be your dream knife?
I'm revising my submission.
My dream knife would be a 3.5" Native 5 Magnamax w/ slightly contoured salt scales offered in both a compression lock and a modified backlock w/ stop-pin ala Triad Lock. But really, the same thing in different sizes...Lil' Native size, Native 5 size, the 3.5" Native ...
