Is there a version of this list that also includes restocks of models? I suppose such a list would be difficult to maintain for someone outside of the Spyderco dealer/distributor network though.

Spyderco is typically really good about consistent engravings. Even at the factory seconds sale, I haven't seen a single case of egregious engraving problems (sample size of over 1000 knives), though I've seen a couple photos online.

The purple forum Native is technically a Native 1 not a Native 4. There’s only one N4 — the CF version and it was the only Native model produced in Japan versus Golden.

I had two factory seconds Manix LW come with cracked FRCP near the pivot, like this.

I didn't even notice it at first because I haven't had any problems with cracking on my LWs before.

I have been wondering the same for a while now too! I was hopeful for it after seeing pretty much every other Golden-made model get the SPY27 treatment, but at this point it seems odd to me that the Jimbo was left out!

Yeah, this seems odd to me too, there are a lot of variables when it comes to edges and without the methodology it's hard to say if they're controlling for them all. I'm also assuming they mean SE H1/H2 surpasses PE tool steels, but surely SE H2 does not outperform SE K390, right?
