@Wartstein , good to see you back.

I'd go backlock. The market is flooded with crossbar style locks. And they use too many fasteners, IMO.

Honest question, why? What makes it a front flipper opposed to just a flipper?


The position of the wheel on the very end. If you can hold the knife like a lighter and flick the blade open using the thumb, it's a front flipper.

I don't buy knives from China. Shabazz says quality is about effort, not geography. And that's true. China is a huge country and there are bound to be both good and bad companies.

But my perception is that China as a whole isn't playing fair. China floods the US market with goods ...

I'm so glad they are making the Bodacious with peel-ply scales. I like the texture, they don't show wear as easily, and they should be a little wider.
