Dressed a deer with a folder couple o'times. Works just fine if you have a blade with a hook. Still kinda prefer fixed blades for field dressing overall. Some good info there on comparison for those two(my fav from https://gunicorns.com/ gun blog)

Recently ordered a new CZ 527, mostly for hogs and predators(this summer there were soooo many hogs around).
