SO, since I am new, is the LC200N steel the best all around steel then the others listed above? Also, why is the yellow handled Salt wharnecliffe knife have a different grind to it than all the other wharncliffe blades? Hi Eagle, Welcome to our forum. That's an old knife you have there. FYI, I designed that model on an airplane flying from Hawaii to Denver. Hello all, brand new to the forum here. I have had the below Delica for many years and many uses and have always loved this knife.
