Notably, the knifecenter exclusive yojimbo says it has a hollow ground blade instead of the standard full flat grind. (edit: I guess all yojimbo 2 have hollow ground blades)

I was very surprised to see this in the Byte today! I wonder what the impetus for making this steel is though. It's not a traditionally hardened steel, so it has to have a pretty low upper limit in terms of HRC (and probably edge retention). Though I'd love to be proved wrong about this. With LC200N...
