Re: Tax day MAP sale!

CKW is a drop-shipper.. my understanding is they maintain a number of online sales channels, but don't keep a physical storefront or large inventory on hand anywhere in one specific location, so orders will ship from all over depending on what you order and where the inventory is located, i.e a who...

Funny, I've still got a few of my old 1.14 mm Dunlop gator grips laying around from our highschool thrash band days.

Re: Calypso Jr Sprint Run Considerations

I personally don’t want ANY changes made to it. Keep the sharpening notch, no jimping or any other thing that would make it a cousin vs a sibling to all the others. Absolutely; the effort made to resurrect this particular Calypso family member should be purely done. ... To the folks who want to see...

Re: Calypso Jr Sprint Run Considerations

I can't help but feel that the LC200N salt version is very appropriate for a knife with fish scales. I agree and I think the LC200N green would be great color for it. ——— https://i.imgur.com/IrBIbGo.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Wom3ovt.jpg What kinda ice fishing you up to? Never seen a set-up like that.

Re: So, Sal, is the Caly3 model extinct ?!

My plan is to try to revive the Caly Family with a Caly 2.5", 3.0", 3.5", 4.0" and pendants. The maker is small and slower so it will be a while. Probably Carbon Fiber, though I'm open to suggestions. sal Sal, does this mean the 3.5 LW isn’t at the top of the list anymore? I rec...

I heavily suggest linen micarta on steel liners for a more premium version, additionally with frn for the people who prefer frn and lighter weight,
Very excited to see these new models sal. Thank you
Yessir, this please along with the frn versions.

Excellent news, Sal.

Re: Left Handed SPYDERCO’s ❓

Is the left-handed military 1 discontinued? C36GPLE Military Left Hand Black G-10 PlainEdge was on the 2013 Spyderco Discontinued Product List - OFFICIAL That's interesting, how is it some sites still show stock ten years later? Were they and continue to be that unpopular or is there another explan...

Re: Left Handed SPYDERCO’s ❓

Left handed Military is on the way to me -- they sure are getting scarce. It will be a nice companion to my left handed PM2. I would like to see more left handed models but I do appreciate how costly it is to manufacture new parts for us ten percenters. Just looking at my PM2, it required retooling...

Re: Knife Review: The Spyderco Tatanka folder (5" blade – VG-10)

Here's a good thread I just found on the tatanka. thanks, enjoyed reading it. shame I became open to the idea of 5-6" bladed folders that weigh more than my usual ~6oz limit well after it was discontinued. If I can track down a sprint C95 I know I'll find one of these eventually. You're welcom...
