Re: how do you use your para 3?
I only have one, a KnifeCenter exclusive (?). Slick black G-10 and Cru-wear. For some reason I just don’t carry it, I have maybe two or three times? I’ll always grab one of my PM2’s over it every time! Love the steel, it’s sharp as a laser but I just don’t get along with it too well….. I did handle...

Re: how do you use your para 3?
I usually cary the lightweight as a backup to whatever Im edcing that day. It clips in the cargo pocket on shorts and doesnt bother me with banging around or feeling heavy or anything like that. I’ve been wanting to get one of those. Really good price for what you get. Is yours the Bd1 version? I’d...

Re: What did you use your Spyderco for last?
Slicing cardboard. It was incredibly dull when I was done but I sliced a lot more cardboard than what’s in the photo. I used my sharpmaker and it’s back to shaving sharp

how do you use your para 3?
What have you been using your para 3 for? Work? General edc? Backup camping knife?all the above? Photos are a bonus, I’d love to see your knives! I love to slice up cardboard boxes into thin strips with my g10 s45vn model. I get so much satisfaction with how well it slices and stays sharp. It feels ...

Re: I'm scared of the Para 3
Just got mine yesterday!! I’ll post pics tomorrow. Definitely too small to use comfortably with four fingers behind the choil. I have xl hands. With the choil, I have far more than enough room for my fingers.

Re: Dragonfly 2 blade centering
I don't worry too much about centering in lintless FRN - eventually, the steel will wear away at the plastic and it should fix itself. If the knife was REALLY hard to open, and didn't improve at all in a week or two, I'd probably send it back to Spyderco. Sorry I’ve been away for awhile. How could ...

Re: Dragonfly 2 blade centering
It's never a good idea to try bending a blade. How bad is it rubbing? That slot is pretty tight and the blade can't move too much. There is little adjustment you can make on that knife. It's a 2.5mm blade in what is probably a 2.6mm slot, pretty little room for adjustment. Unless the blade was warp...

Re: Dragonfly 2 blade centering
If it's a lightweight model without steel liners it may never get any better. Your only option might be to sand down the inside of the scale a little bit to gain some clearance. If it's a G10/steel liner version there's more you can try.. It’s the lightweight model :( And lastly, does blade centeri...

Dragonfly 2 blade centering
When I open the knife it rubs against the left side of the frn. I’ve voided the warranty by taking it apart in hopes of centering it myself. I removed the pivot screw and tried to bend the blade while it was open and re-inserting the pivot screw and even the lock screw. Anything else I can try? I do...

Dragonfly 2 in the usual vg-10. I received it from Blade HQ yesterday and I’ve fallen in love.
